Key Responsibilities
  • Lead market expansion and drive acquisition of new enterprise B2B clients across key verticals (e-commerce, SaaS, marketplaces, gaming, education, fintech, etc.).

  • Own the full sales cycle: prospecting → pitching → solution mapping → negotiation → contract closing → onboarding.

  • Position and promote the company’s payment platform as a scalable, end-to-end solution for regional and global businesses.

  • Build long‑term partnerships with medium to large enterprises and high‑growth companies.

  • Collaborate with Product and Tech teams to align client needs with payment workflows, integrations, and future roadmap.

  • Represent the company in regional meetings, events, and partner engagements.

  • Maintain accurate CRM reporting, revenue tracking, and pipeline forecasting for senior leadership.

  • Travel across the region to meet clients, partners, and strategic stakeholders.

Requirements:
  • 3–5+ years of B2B Sales or Business Development experience in Payment Services (mandatory).

  • Strong understanding of:

    • Payment gateway & processing

    • Settlement & reconciliation

    • Acquiring & merchant services

    • Payment methods (cards & APMs)

    • Payment APIs and integrations

    • PaaS / financial infrastructure

  • Demonstrated track record as a hunter, consistently acquiring new clients and driving revenue growth.

  • Experience working with medium to large enterprises, SaaS platforms, and high‑growth companies.

  • Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.

  • Ability to work independently and also collaborate effectively in a small, agile startup team.

  • Willingness to travel overseas as required.

  • Self‑driven, resourceful, and comfortable operating with high autonomy in a startup environment.
