Role Description:

We’re seeking a driven, results‑oriented Business Development Director to join our fast‑paced team. This is a unique opportunity to establish your presence in the Web3 finance space while driving DigiFT’s revenue growth in Hong Kong and Singapore.

In this role, you will lead go‑to‑market strategies, customer acquisition, and strategic partnerships for DigiFT’s regulated digital asset offerings. You’ll have full ownership of your pipeline and initiatives, supported by marketing, product, and operations teams.

We’re looking for a self‑starter with strong B2B sales expertise, capable of bridging traditional finance and Web3. A proven track record of converting institutional or accredited leads into revenue is essential. You will also represent DigiFT at key industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and foster engagement.

As part of this role, you will create investment opportunities for prospective clients, leveraging both online channels and in‑person events to generate interest in DigiFT’s regulated platform and listed digital assets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Sales Capability Development: Design and build robust sales capabilities to support DigiFT’s growth objectives.
  • Sales Strategy Execution: Develop and implement strategies to acquire new institutional and accredited investors through a strong personal network and DigiFT’s resources.
  • Client Relationship Management: Oversee all aspects of client engagement, including account opening and handling client queries.
  • Cross‑Functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams (Product, Marketing, Legal, Compliance) to ensure smooth go‑to‑market launches across different markets.
  • Brand Representation: Represent DigiFT at key industry events and conferences to enhance brand visibility and expand the customer pipeline.
  • Web3 Partnerships: Drive strategic partnerships within the Web3 ecosystem, with a focus on crypto exchanges and related platforms.
  • Ecosystem Expertise: Maintain deep familiarity with the Web3 landscape to identify opportunities and strengthen DigiFT’s positioning.
  • Relationship Management: Build and manage strong relationships with Web3 partners to foster collaboration and growth.
Qualifications
  • Degree in any discipline.
  • More than 5 years’ experience in traditional finance and/or DeFi sales with a proven track record.
  • Candidates authorized to sell securities under Singapore’s MAS or Hong Kong’s SFC regulations will be preferred.
  • Demonstrated ability to drive institutional revenue in crypto or traditional finance.
  • Familiarity with client onboarding processes (e.g. KYC/AML, account setup, product integration) is a strong advantage.
  • Strong existing network of institutional or professional investors preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills; able to translate complex financial/crypto concepts for a range of stakeholders.
  • Comfortable switching between technical and commercial conversations.
