Job description
I. Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Planning & Market Expansion

Develop market expansion strategies aligned with the company’s overall strategic plan and translate them into actionable targets and execution plans.

2. Business Development & Contract Management

Lead end-to-end business development initiatives, including opportunity identification, solution planning, and project execution.

Drive progress on bidding, contract signing, revenue delivery, and payment collection to ensure business goals are met.

3. Resource Integration & Strategic Partnerships

Build and maintain strong relationships with government agencies, corporate partners, and channel partners.

Resolve partnership issues and client concerns in a timely manner to improve satisfaction and strengthen long‑term strategic collaborations.

4. Industry Insights & Innovation

Monitor industry trends and developments in the global cruise market.

Provide strategic recommendations to support continuous improvement and innovation of the company’s products and services.

II. Qualifications
  1. Bachelor’s degree or above; majors in Marketing, Tourism Management, or related fields are preferred.
  2. At least 8 years of experience in business development or sales management; experience in the cruise or cultural tourism industries is a strong advantage.
  3. Solid understanding of cruise industry operations; proven ability to lead project bidding, contract negotiation, and full life‑cycle project management.
  4. Strong strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to drive systematic execution of complex projects.
III. Additional Requirements
  1. Excellent communication skills in both Chinese and English.
  2. Strong presentation skills, with proficiency in public speaking, PowerPoint creation, and client negotiation.
