Role Overview

We are seeking a proactive and results-oriented Business Development Associate to drive the growth of Bridgepoint’s healthcare network. This role focuses on acquiring new corporate and institutional clients, managing relationships with insurers and TPAs, and supporting the delivery of customized healthcare solutions through our network of GP clinics. The successful candidate will manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract closure, while nurturing long-term partnerships that strengthen our corporate healthcare offerings.

Key Responsibilities
  • Proactively identify and pursue new corporate accounts through outreach, networking, referrals, and industry engagement.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified leads; manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing.
  • Deliver professional sales presentations and negotiate with HR, procurement, insurers, and senior decision-makers.
  • Support the Head of Business Development in executing sales strategy, including lead generation, sales, and client management/follow-up.
  • Manage and grow existing client accounts by ensuring service delivery, regular engagement, and identifying upselling opportunities.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (clinics, operations, marketing, clinical) to implement corporate healthcare solutions effectively.
  • Monitor industry trends, competitor activity, and client’s need to identify business opportunities.
  • Provide timely updates on pipeline progress, sales performance, and account activities for management review.
Requirements
  • Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related discipline.
  • 2–4 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management (experience in healthcare, insurance, or TPA sector preferred).
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Track record of lead generation and business acquisition, including cold calling and corporate outreach.
  • Goal-oriented, resilient, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Interest in healthcare industry and willingness to learn sector-specific dynamics.
