Job Purpose
This role is pivotal in driving the firm’s growth by aligning business development strategies with marketing communications. The candidate will lead initiatives that support demand generation, produce marketing-qualified leads (MQLs), and implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies in close collaboration with our various business units.

In this role, you will
- Collaborate with business units to align on marketing and business development priorities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns focused on lead generation, MQL conversion, and pipeline acceleration
- Implement account-based marketing (ABM) strategies targeting key clients and sectors
- Actively follow up with business units on campaign performance, lead status, and opportunity progression
- Leverage CRM and marketing automation tools to track and nurture leads
- Develop collaterals inclusive of flyers, brochures, decks, and others
- Manage digital and social media content to support thought leadership and brand visibility
- Coordinate in-person events and webinars to drive engagement and lead capture
- Collaborate with the Global Branding team to ensure brand consistency
- Manage communications with media and industry partners
- Manage internal communications with colleagues and network firms
We are looking for people with the following
- Degree in Marketing, Business, Management, or related field
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in business development or B2B marketing, preferably in professional services industry
- Proven track record in demand generation, lead generation, marketing campaign execution
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to multitask and work independently in a dynamic & fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in MS Office, Adobe Creative Suite, CRM platforms
- Experience in sales enablement is a strong advantage
- Excellent command of English
