Job description
  • Position: Business /Finance Controller (Finance/ Audit/ Contract / Chartered Accountant)

  • Location: International Business Park (Nearest MRT: Jurong East walking distance)

  • Working hours: 5 days a week- HYBRID / Monday - Friday, 8.30 am - 5.30 pm - WITH WORK FROM HOME BENEFITS

  • Salary (commensurate with experience): Up to $10,000 + AWS + Medical/ Dental Allowance

  • Duration: Permanent

  • Industry: Develop and manufacture an extensive range of building automation products

Main Responsibilities
  • Oversee budgeting, accounting, reporting, and project financial controls
  • Manage financial analysis, planning, tax compliance, and SAP records
  • Support contracts, claims, audits, and commercial risk management
  • Drive regional productivity initiatives and lead business admin teams
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
  • 10+ years’ experience in controlling & reporting, preferably in an MNC
  • Strong IFRS, contracts management, SAP, and advanced Excel skills
  • Meticulous, analytical, deadline-driven, and a strong team leader
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with Chinese clients who can converse in Mandarin only
