A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a sales professional to support B2B sales growth through effective product positioning and sales analysis. Ideal candidates should have 3–6 years of experience in B2B sales or business development, possess strong negotiation and analytical skills, and hold a diploma or degree in a relevant field. The position offers opportunities to manage suppliers and improve sales operations while working within a dynamic team environment.
Support B2B sales growth through effective product positioning and availability
Analyze sales data, customer demand, and market trends to support sales planning
Assist with pricing, discounts, and promotions
Monitor margins and profitability through cost and supplier analysis
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and insights for management
Plan and manage inventory to avoid shortages and control stock levels
Manage suppliers to ensure timely delivery, competitive costs, and product expansion
Coordinate with suppliers on delivery issues and improvements
Maintain accurate product and sales data
Work with internal teams on sales operations, product quality, and process improvements
Handle other operational and ad hoc tasks
Diploma or Degree in Business, Supply Chain, Marketing, or related fields
3–6 years of experience in B2B/industrial sales, business development, or sales management
Strong commercial and sales mindset
Good negotiation and stakeholder management skills
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities
Proficient in MS Office; Power BI or similar tools preferred
