Anglo-Eastern operates all around the world, with our head office in Hong Kong and over 25 office locations in Asia-Pacific, Europe and the Americas.

Responsibilities
  • Analysis and visualisation of data: Collation of data and building reports for monitoring the performance and condition of the vessels on various parameters such as PMS, VM inspection, PSC, vetting etc.
  • Monitoring of operational expenses on a weekly basis for the fleet and highlighting any discrepancies.
  • Extract data and prepare owner specific periodic performance reports for budget control, projects expense, MHR data, insurance claims etc.
  • Preparation of monthly and adhoc reports for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Visualization of the technical management data for interpretation of the results and comparison within the fleet and preparing reports/presentation as required by the management and benchmarking with the industry.
  • Assisting the team in preparation of technical reports for various stakeholders.
  • Assist the management with the year-end expense for fleet for budget preparation.
  • Maintaining Power BI dashboard for the performance data of the BU.
  • Assist management with preparation of presentation-based business analysis of various ship management related data.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Analysis or Business Management
  • Experienced in data collation, extraction, transformation, and analysis to prepare reports.
  • Experienced in Microsoft platforms especially Microsoft PowerPoint, Microsoft Excel (pivot table, charts, formulas, conditional formatting), Power BI, Microsoft Forms and Microsoft Word.
  • Use of AI based tools (M365 Co-pilot, GPT).
  • Basic knowledge of finance process of service industry.
