Overview

Job Summary: This Business Analyst role will be involved in gathering and analyzing business requirements, performing gap analysis, and supporting SIT and UAT to ensure the solution aligns with business needs.

This role will also act as a liaison between stakeholders and the technical team to define product features, translate requirements, and help promote product adoption.

Mandatory Skill-set

• Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Engineering, Computer Science;
• Must have 4 years of experience in a Business Analyst role in delivering and supporting IT applications;
• Must have experience in gathering requirements, performing gap analysis, and preparing documentation;
• Demonstrated understanding of business needs with a strong interest in business process analysis and re-engineering;
• Foundational knowledge of SQL, including the ability to write and understand queries;
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills for effective collaboration with stakeholders;
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to develop innovative solutions.

Desired Skill-set

• Experience in handling public sector based applications;
• CBAP (Certified Business Analysis Professional) certified.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate workshops and gather business requirements from stakeholders;

• Represent user needs throughout the project lifecycle to ensure alignment;
• Maintain traceability between requirements, features, and test cases;

• Analyze market and customer data to identify needs and business opportunities;
• Contribute to product planning, feature prioritization, and business case development;
• Create marketing materials and monitor customer feedback and industry trends.
