Role: Senior Business Analyst – Insurance

Role Overview

Drive business requirements and delivery alignment for insurance digital transformation programs. Bridge business stakeholders and Agile delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document business requirements and user stories.
• Facilitate workshops, process mapping, gap analysis.
• Support backlog grooming, sprint planning, UAT.
• Coordinate with Product Owners, Developers, QA.
• Ensure regulatory and operational compliance.
• Support go-live and change management.

Mandatory Skills

• 5+ years Business Analysis in Insurance.
• Strong knowledge of policy lifecycle, claims, billing.
• Agile / Scrum delivery experience.
• Excellent stakeholder management and documentation skills.
• Insurance Policy Admin System (PAS) exposure.
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Visio.

Preferred

• API / digital platform understanding.
• MAS / compliance familiarity.
