Role Summary

We are hiring a high‑impact Business Analyst to accelerate DeskIn’s rising global enterprise business and shape the future of our enterprise plan architecture. You will drive insights, pricing strategy, and modular plan design to create a seamless upgrade path from DeskIn Personal → Professional → Enterprise.

You will also support Zukaa’s business development by gathering requirements from independent and agency Twitch streamers to unlock new monetization opportunities and scale creator revenues.

Key Responsibilities
DeskIn Enterprise Growth
  • Analyze global enterprise demand, user segments, usage data, and competitive trends to fuel enterprise expansion.
  • Optimize and modularize enterprise plans for global scalability, simpler positioning, and alignment with DeskIn lifestyle, gaming, and professional offerings.
  • Build pricing models, revenue forecasts, and KPI dashboards to guide enterprise GTM decisions.
  • Identify friction points in the personal → enterprise journey and design seamless upgrade pathways.
  • Partner with Product, Marketing, and Sales to recommend high‑ROI improvements and new enterprise features.
Zukaa Creator & Agency Revenue Opportunities
  • Gather business requirements from streamers, agencies, and potential partners to shape scalable Twitch‑focused plans.
  • Analyze monetization opportunities (subscriptions, agency bundles, revenue share, creator tools).
  • Support Zukaa’s go‑to‑market prioritization with data‑driven business cases.
Strategic Alignment & Execution
  • Convert insights into clear product recommendations and commercial strategies.
  • Present concise, data‑grounded analyses to leadership for fast decision‑making.
  • Build repeatable frameworks for evaluating enterprise deals, plan optimizations, and creator/agency opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
  • 5–8 years’ experience in business analysis, product strategy, pricing, or GTM operations within SaaS, B2B, or digital platforms.
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills (Excel, BI tools; SQL a plus).
  • Proven ability to influence product and commercial teams with structured insights.
  • Experience with global SaaS markets, enterprise users, or creator/streaming ecosystems preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills; thrives in fast‑moving, cross‑functional environments.
