Job description

Key Responsibilities

• The client is seeking members who can build data governance in accordance with the client's needs.
• The ability to achieve multiple project goals through communication and teamwork is expected. We are looking for people who can provide such support.
• Data governance construction is required within the scope of MAS Data Governance, BCBS, and Data Governance in APAC.
• This may involve working on multiple projects simultaneously rather than just one project.

Key Requirements

• 7-10 years of experience in data architecture, data modelling, or data management, preferably in the banking or financial services industry (must have).
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Science, or a related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• People who can communicate and create basic reports
• Experience with the data management system “Collibra” or "Alteryx" is preferred (not as a developer)

Skill Set: DQ specialist/Manager

• Design and Implements data quality rules for regulatory reports across risk, finance and compliance
• Manages DQ workflows dashboards, and operational metrics using Collibra and Alteryx

Skill Set: DG Analyst, DG Manager

• Supports governance operations, KDE documentation, and metadata tracking in Collibra
• Operationalizes DG framework across regions, coordinates with stewards and country data
• Review / draft policies, procedures, policy implementation across all countries
• Executes KDE mapping policy rollout and compliance monitoring initiatives
• Executes KDE mapping, policy rollout, and compliance monitoring initiatives
• Assists in DG dashboarding, project status updates and issue follow up

Skill Set: Business Analyst (Functional SME)

• Translates business needs into DG requirements including KDEs, ownership, and glossary rules.
• Coordinates with stewards and tech teams to align data to regulatory policies

Skill Set: KDE management (Functional SME)

• Defines key data elements used in reporting and risk metrics.
• Manages ownership mapping and KDE traceability across upstream
• downstream systems.

Data Lineage, Metadata, and Standardization

• Experience in projects related to the following:

• Data Lineage Implementation
• Metadata Management and Standardization
• Enterprise Data Dictionary Rollout

Skill Set: Metadata & Lineage Manager

• Metadata integration across systems and reporting platforms.
• Manages business and technical lineage models aligned to DG rules.
