A fast-growing software development company in Singapore is seeking a Business Analyst to support product development and data analysis. The ideal candidate will gather and analyze business requirements, translate needs into specifications, and collaborate closely with development teams. A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field and proficiency in both English and Mandarin are required. This role will operate on a 5-day work week with potential for hybrid work arrangements.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to support our product development, data analysis and cross‑border business operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather and analyse business requirements for software/product development.
  • Translate business needs into functional specifications and user stories.
  • Perform market research, workflow mapping and data analysis to support decision‑making.
  • Work closely with developers, product managers and UI/UX teams throughout the SDLC.
  • Prepare BRD/FRD documentation, reports and presentations.
  • Ensure that project objectives, timeline and deliverables are met.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business Analytics or relevant disciplines.
  • Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/Scrum methodologies and software documentation.
  • Proficient in data analysis and business process mapping.
  • Bilingual in English and Mandarin to liaise with partners.
  • Ensure that project objectives, timeline and deliverables are met.
  • Strong analytical skills, communication abilities and problem‑solving mindset.
  • Ability to work independently and explore solutions proactively.
