About the Job

We’re hiring a Business Analyst to join a high-impact initiative focused on optimizing data management processes. This is a unique opportunity to contribute to a CEO-driven project aimed at safeguarding and improving data workflows across the organization.

You’ll work closely with Data Engineers and Data Scientists to identify inefficiencies, recommend automation opportunities, and deliver clear documentation that drives process efficiency. What You’ll Do

• Understand current data processes and manage stakeholders across Data Engineering and Data Science teams.

Must-Have Skills

• Process Analysis & Documentation: Strong analytical and documentation skills.
• Stakeholder Management: Experience engaging with technical and business stakeholders, ideally within data functions.

Preference will be given to those who have this experience:

• Experience setting up processes with Data Engineers and Data Scientists.
• Background in finance or enterprise environments where governance and compliance are critical.
