About the Role

We are seeking a detail‑oriented and analytical Business Analyst to join our team in Ireland. The role involves working closely with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyse business processes, and deliver solutions that drive efficiency and support strategic goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Gather, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
  • Analyse business processes, identify gaps, and recommend improvements.
  • Develop functional specifications, business cases, and project documentation.
  • Collaborate with IT and project teams to ensure solutions meet business needs.
  • Support testing activities, including preparing test cases and validating outcomes.
  • Monitor project progress and report status to stakeholders.
  • Identify risks, issues, and opportunities for process improvement.
  • Present insights and recommendations through clear reports and presentations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in Ireland or EU markets.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in business process modelling and requirements analysis.
  • Experience with data analysis tools (Excel, SQL, Power BI, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Agile and/or Waterfall project methodologies.

  • Certifications such as CBAP, CCBA, IIBA, or PRINCE2.
