Key Responsibilities

• Define and monitor key business data metrics; build data dashboards to enable data-driven business management and ensure company objectives are clear and transparent
• Produce daily business data reports, tracking indicators such as gross margin, costs, out-of-stock rate, and inventory turnover; promptly identify and address data anomalies
• Conduct regular data analysis and reporting; support business decision-making through product- and customer-segmentation analysis.
• Continuously improve data operation templates and tools; ensure data security and provide data support to other departments to enhance overall efficiency.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand data requirements and deliver customized data analysis and insights.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or above, preferably in Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or related disciplines.
• Minimum 2 years of data operations experience in the B2B fresh food industry, with proven success in driving business growth through data.
• Proficient in data analysis tools such as SQL and Python, with strong capabilities in data modelling and visualization.
