Responsibilities

• Coordinate and assist in the daily operation of M&E services and carry out all planned maintenance schedule.
• Carry out periodic inspection and up-keep of all essential rooms including troubleshooting of failure of system.
• Carry out minor repairs and handyman tasks such as changing bulbs, repair of fixtures/fittings and touch up painting.
• Carry out minor troubleshooting within capabilities.
• Maintain proper records of mechanical/electrical accessories purchased and used.
• Respond to and attend emergency calls and provide reinforcement of manpower during minor breakdown of M&E equipment within the estate’s common area.
• Assist Property Officer on building defects.
• Escort contractors and vendors in the estate ensuring services are proper and in accordance with service contracts.
• Set up decorations in the estate for estate’s festivities and events.
• Attend to M&E related issues that may be assigned from time to time.
