Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Sales & Marketing Executive / Assistant Manager. Responsibilities

  • Market and promote range of products, create awareness of the company and its products.
  • Follow up on key projects from concept to completion.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with customers to maximize sales opportunities.
  • Manage key account customers and monitor sales targets.
  • Identify product improvements and remain current on industry trends.
  • Provide quality technical consultative service to Architects and Contractors.
  • Provide after-sales service and resolve customer complaints.

  • 5 Days, Mon to Fri (8.30am to 5.30pm)
  • Location: Bukit Batok
  • 14 Days AL + 16 Days MC + AWS + VB (depends on company's performance)

Requirements:

  • Ideal candidates must have relevant sales & marketing experience in construction or building materials related industry
  • Must have experience in liaising with Designer, Contractor and Suppliers.

Job Scopes:

  1. To market and promote range of products, as well as to create awareness of the company and its products & services to key clientele in the industry involving contractors and consultants.
  2. To follow up on key projects earmarked from concept to completion with emphasis on quality and commensurate returns on investment in time and revenue
  3. Develop and maintain good relationship with customers and maximize opportunities generating sales
  4. Manage key account customers, monitor sales targets, and generate new opportunities through supporting the customer’s needs in terms of sales and technical aspects
  5. Identifies product improvements or new products and/or technologies by remaining current on industry trends, market activities, and competitors
  6. Provide quality technical consultative service and generate specification documents to Architects, Façade Consultants, and Contractors by establishing and enforcing organization standards
  7. Provide after-sales service, resolve issues, problem-solving and handle complaints in a timely manner
  8. To secure projects which contribute positively to the company’s revenue and profits
  9. Construction industry with marble / granite / tiles knowledge and relevant experience are highly preferred.
