Job summary

A leading integrated facilities management company in Singapore is urgently seeking a Building Facilities Supervisor. The candidate will be responsible for supervising all building maintenance services, ensuring compliance with safety procedures, and coordinating maintenance work. A Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related fields is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in building environments. The position offers a competitive salary of up to $3,500 plus bonuses.

Qualifications

• Experience in Facilities Maintenance operations is an added advantage.

Our Client, a Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) company, is inviting qualified candidates to fill the position as Building Facilities Supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Plan, execute and supervise all Building Maintenance Engineer related facilities services.
• In Charge of building services, not limiting to maintenance on-site. Conduct regular inspection of existing building and its services to ensure that all maintenance program are implemented effectively in strict compliance with guidelines.
• To ensure all works carried out safely and / or in accordance with safety procedures.
• Ensure effective and safe operations of all Building Services' equipment and system with the team of technical officers and technicians.
• Coordinate and supervise the building and maintenance work. Planning and scheduling of preventive maintenance and corrective maintenance works.
• Carrying out regular inspection and provide recommendation for improvement or rectification work if needed.
• Perform troubleshooting and analyze faults and provide recommendation for sustainable and cost- effective solutions.
• Working closely with the client, sub-contractors, and the project team to resolve any technical issues involving in the preparation of related reports.
• Monitor work progress, drawings and other relevant documents related to building works. Involve in quotation and fault reports.
• Assist in planning, controlling, and coordinating building works. Schedule, monitor and supervise the progress of works. Prepare and following up closely on the enquiry and quotations.

REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Engineering or Building / Real Estate/ Facilities Management or any related qualifications.
• Facilities Maintenance operations background with at least 5 years of experience will be an added advantage.
