Responsibilities

• Prepare documentation including daily and monthly progress reports.
• Oversee drawing management to ensure updated drawings are issued.
• Assist project manager in coordination with consultants and quantity surveyors.
• Coordinate with safety personnel to ensure compliance with regulations.
• Conduct meetings with subcontractors to update work progress.

Job Description

• Responsible in preparing documentation including daily report, monthly progress report, method of statement and work procedure to project manager.
• Responsible in overseeing drawing management and make sure the updated drawing and subcontractor are issued.
• Assist the project manager or senior project engineer in coordinate with related consultant and quantity surveyor on the change order issued.
• Coordinate and work closely with safety personal to ensure all government and safety regulation are complied.
• Conduct weekly or monthly meeting with sub-contractors to update the progress of work.
