Responsibilities

• Monitor the day-to-day operations of a project.
• Check and supervise all works performed by subcontractors / gangs.
• Consult the Project Engineer / Site Engineer / Project Co-ordinator and Project Manager on any problems related to quality.
• Liaise with Client / Consultant's representatives on checking of work.
• Control and monitor materials delivered on site.
• Ensure that works are done in accordance with the daily report.
• Assist in the handing over of completed works and rectification of any defects.
• Check all construction drawings / sketches received on site and to report any discrepancy to the Project Manager.
