Roles & Responsibilities:
- This role reports to the Project Director/Senior Project Manager.
- The Project Manager oversees the planning and all project operations, manages the progress of the project, and ensures quality and timely delivery. The Project Manager will be required to travel to project sites. Good communication skills are needed to liaise with various stakeholders.
Requirements:
- Graduated from PEB-recognized universities with a degree in Civil Engineering.
- Coordinate with relevant parties to manage the progress of the project and ensure the schedule is maintained.
- Lead the team to manage project operations, schedule, and specifications.
- Manage operational costs to keep expenses within the budget.
- Manage site documents filing and record keeping in accordance with International Organization for Standardization (ISO) standards.
- Manage subcontractors' activities to ensure compliance with contract requirements.
- Monitor compliance of work with workplace safety and health regulations.
- Monitor the quality of project delivery to ensure they meet project requirements and regulations.
- Oversee the project team and subcontractors in delivering the project to meet the completion date.
- Provide leadership to the project management and construction team.
- Supervise daily site activities.
