A leading education institution in Singapore is looking for a professional to drive brand strategy development and execution. This role involves conducting brand audits, market research, and designing workshops to engage diverse audiences while ensuring alignment with marketing objectives. Ideal candidates will have a design background, strong analytical skills, and a portfolio demonstrating successful branding strategies. In this position, you will drive the development and execution of brand strategies that engage audiences and deliver business growth. This includes conducting brand audits, market research, competitor benchmarking, and customer journey mapping to generate insights for brand and content strategies. Working closely with brand strategists in the team, you will help design and facilitate workshops and co‑creation sessions, and use Adobe Creative Suite to translate insights into compelling storytelling assets. Experience in Employee Value Proposition (EVP) development and internal branding will be an advantage. Beyond research and narrative building, you will also support client workshops and industry outreach, nurturing connections and identifying collaboration opportunities. This role suits a candidate with a strong design background who enjoys using data and insights to shape brand experiences, while gaining exposure to strategy and client engagement.
