What You’ll Do

Audax is looking for a Brand & Marketing Lead to drive and lead marketing, brand and communications strategies across our regional markets. You will report to the Chief Operating Officer, working closely with the Sales team to drive the Marketing team’s strategy and remit with relevant stakeholders on.

As Lead, Brand and Marketing, you will be responsible for building and amplifying the Audax brand, driving impactful engagement with clients, partners, employees, and industry stakeholders. This role will craft the strategic vision for internal and external communications, corporate storytelling, brand identity, and go‑to‑market execution. You will directly shape how Audax is positioned within the fintech and digital banking ecosystem, working closely with senior management and regional teams to deliver growth and recognition.

1. Internal Communications
  • Lead the internal communications agenda, ensuring alignment and awareness across teams by creating clear, engaging narratives.
  • Oversee the development of communication materials such as newsletters, leadership announcements, campaign assets, and multimedia content.
  • Drive employee engagement campaigns together with HR that promote Audax’s purpose, mission, and successes across markets.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver regional internal campaigns that build alignment and morale.
2. External Communications
  • Own executive communications, preparing leadership for media interviews, keynote speeches, panel discussions, and conferences.
  • Drive corporate communications strategy, including press releases, media engagement, and thought leadership, in collaboration with Standard Chartered Group and external partners.
  • Lead Audax’s social media strategy and digital voice, driving engagement with clients, industry peers, and stakeholders.
  • Conceptualise and deliver high‑quality content campaigns (videos, graphics, articles, reports) that position Audax as a thought leader in digital banking innovation.
3. Marketing
  • Shape and execute Audax’s go‑to‑market (GTM) strategy for ASEAN and other growth markets.
  • Lead B2B marketing initiatives, from product marketing and campaign management to targeted digital campaigns that drive awareness and adoption.
  • Partner with Product and Partnerships teams to develop client‑focused marketing collateral, sales enablement tools, and presentations.
  • Oversee market research and industry analysis to sharpen positioning and business development efforts.
4. Brand Leadership
  • Define and steward the Audax brand identity, ensuring consistent articulation across all touchpoints.
  • Lead the creation of high‑impact brand assets, including digital platforms, social media campaigns, events, and client‑facing experiences.
  • Drive global brand campaigns that strengthen Audax’s reputation as a leading digital banking enabler.
5. Strategic Initiatives
  • Support the executive team in key strategic communication projects, including investor relations materials, pitch decks, and innovation strategy outputs.
  • Serve as a trusted advisor to the leadership team on brand, communications, and reputational strategy.
What We’re Looking For
  • 8–10 years of experience in Marketing and Communications, including 3+ years in a leadership role within fintech, digital platforms, or financial services.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing, B2B marketing strategies, and sales enablement in enterprise or platform businesses.
  • Proven track record of delivering brand‑building and engagement campaigns, especially in financial services or technology.
  • Experience in leading teams and working with external agencies.
  • Excellent at communicating and storytelling, with the ability to simplify complex ideas.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high adaptability, and a passion for digital innovation.
  • A clear and confident communicator who can work well on their own and adapt quickly in a fast‑moving environment.
