Job description
    As a Brand Marketing Creative Specialist at Cineverse, you will play a crucial role in leading the creative workflow and ensuring the seamless execution of all marketing materials. You will be responsible for owning the creative process, collaborating with various teams, and delivering high-quality assets within tight deadlines. Your proactive approach, strong project management skills, and ability to drive end-to-end creative execution will be key to your success in this role.Your key responsibilities will include owning and managing the creative workflow to ensure alignment with brand standards, overseeing creative work orders, leading the approval process, organizing creative deliverables, and optimizing asset management workflows. You will also work closely with sales and marketing leaders to develop artwork for campaigns, create selling guides and support materials, and collaborate with the Creative Team to produce digital and physical marketing assets.In addition, you will be responsible for leading internal approvals, providing strategic guidance on brand positioning, and acting as a creative liaison between the Brand Marketing team and internal/external stakeholders. Your role will also involve developing and managing sales materials across all distribution windows, optimizing processes, leveraging automation tools, and ensuring seamless integration of workflows and marketing assets.To excel in this role, you should have strong leadership skills, exceptional organizational and project management abilities, experience with marketing asset management platforms, and the capacity to manage tight deadlines while maintaining high-quality creative output. Excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and prior experience in entertainment marketing, brand management, or creative operations will be advantageous. A background of 2-5 years in the media, film, entertainment, OTT, or streaming industry will also be beneficial for this position.,
