We are partnering with a globally established design andimplementation consultancy that delivers world-class branded environments across retail, hospitality, corporate, and large-scale experiential spaces. With a strong global footprint, they are expanding their Asian presence and seeking a Business Development Manager to drive client acquisition acrossSoutheast Asia, with a focus on leading telecommunications and automotive brands.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead new business development efforts across SEA, targeting major regional and global telco and automotive brands
- Identify, engage, and build senior stakeholder relationships with C-suite, regional leadership, brand, retail, digital experience, transformation, and procurement teams
- Own the full business development cycle from prospecting and pipeline building to pitching, proposals, commercial structuring, and deal closing
- Position the firm as a trusted partner for large-scale brand environments, customer experience spaces, flagship stores, dealer networks, innovation hubs, exhibitions, and corporate experiences
- Work closely with internal design, delivery, and program teams to ensure aligned solutions, compelling proposals, and exceptional client engagement
- Represent the business at key industry events and client meetings regionally
Required Experience & Profile
- Minimum 2 years’ experience in a business development / sales / hunter role with a strong track record of securing new clients
- Background in telco, automotive, technology, brand environments, retail experience, design & build, experiential marketing, or brand implementation is advantageous
- Proven ability to sell into regional or multinational organizations and navigate complex stakeholder ecosystems
- Exceptional presentation, communication, and relationship-building skills with confidence engaging senior leaders
- Entrepreneurial mindset, self-driven, commercially sharp, and comfortable operating in a growth-focused environment
- Willing to travel at least 25% across Southeast Asia, with flexibility for more as business demands
