Job description

The Branch Manager will lead the boutique team to achieve sales targets, deliver superior customer experiences, maintain operational excellence, and support business growth initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
Sales & Business Performance
  • Achieve and exceed boutique sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goals
  • Analyse sales reports and identify opportunities for growth
  • Drive clienteling initiatives to build long-term customer relationships and increase repeat purchases
Client Experience & Brand Representation
  • Lead by example in delivering luxury client experiences and personalised service
  • Ensure the boutique environment reflects the brand image, heritage, and storytelling
  • Resolve client issues with professionalism, tact, and discretion
Team Leadership & Development
  • Recruit, onboard, and develop sales talent
  • Provide coaching, feedback, and product knowledge training
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, service excellence, and brand passion
  • Manage workforce planning, scheduling, and sales floor assignments
Operations Excellence
  • Ensure compliance with brand SOPs, inventory standards, and cash management procedures
  • Oversee stock levels, loss prevention strategies, and visual merchandising guidelines
  • Manage boutique administration including reporting, expenses, and audit requirements
Market & Competitor Analysis
  • Stay informed of retail trends, competitor activities, and emerging client expectations
  • Support localised marketing or client activation events as required
Requirements
  • Minimum 5 years of retail experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial/team lead role (luxury retail preferred)
  • Experience supporting activations, CRM, or client engagement events
  • Passion for luxury retail, customer service, and team development
Working Arrangements
  • Location: Islandwide
  • Working Hours: Retail hours, 2 days off per week
Compensation & Benefits
  • Salary: SGD 4,500 – 6,000 (basic, based on experience) + Variable Bonus
  • Commission: Approximately 30% of total salary package
