Sales Ability/Skills
- Takes ownership and accountability for individual productivity
- Consistently ensures the execution of sales training programs
- Engage in upselling, cross selling and multiple selling for all product categories
- Monitor individual sales and achieve performance target and KPI
- Provide customer feedback on products, especially newly launched products

Retail Operations
- Maintain smooth operations of store management
- Manage daily store operations including store opening and closing
- Achieve monthly and annual store sales target
- Sell and promote store merchandise with professional customer services to achieve sales target
- Ensure proper visual merchandising is maintained according to company guidelines, both in the window and in-store displays
- Monitor and ensure monthly target for VIP membership recruitment to be achieved (if applicable)
Be able to correctly operate the Retail POS Management system, in all areas relating to stock transfer, payment, stock inquiry and customer database input.
- Preparing and submitting monthly sales reports in a timely and accurate manner.
- Calculating sales commissions for the sales team in accordance with the company’s commission structure.
- Preparing and managing the sales staff roster to ensure adequate coverage and operational efficiency.
- Managing relationships with international stockists, including order coordination, inventory tracking, and communication.
- Providing support to the sales team during overseas events and travelling as required to assist in international sales and promotional activities.
- Handle brand and marketing collaterals, ensuring they are organized and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Perform Boutique duties as assigned by team leaders and management
Service Commitment
- Ensures customer issues are resolved in the store
- Demonstrates empowerment to solve customer problems and meet customers’ needs
- Strengthen customer relations, and nurture loyal Ethan K customer base
- Ensures all customers are being serviced according to the Ethan K approach standard and supports the Ethan K Service environment
- Manage customer service quality, to meet customer expectations by offering professional and individual human touch with the customer
- Consistently ensures all daily tasks are completed without negatively impacting service
- Reads cues and tailors approach when dealing with customers, associates and staff
- Encourages staff to build relationships with customers
- Promotes and maintains an energetic presence and creates a high level of enthusiasm on the sales floor
- Partners with Store Manager to ensure Service roles are met

- Consistently asks for, and is open to feedback from superiors, subordinates and peers
- Acts on feedback from others to improve own performance or address development issues
- Achieves deadlines even in the face of obstacles or problems

Inventory Management
- Ensure stockkeeping and housekeeping duties are completed on a daily basis.
- Facilitate physical transfer of products/supplies between stores.
- Control stock loss and safety coordination
- Conduct physical in-store stock count in monthly basis.
- Other ad-hoc duties assigned
