Job highlights
  • 5-day 44 hours work week
  • 2 off days/week
  • Split Shift per work day ( 11am - 3pm, 6pm - 11pm)
Your Role & Responsibilities:
  • Execute High-Quality Dishes – Prepare and cook dishes to perfection while maintaining consistency and presentation standards.
  • Master Your Station – Take charge of a designated kitchen section (grill, sauté, cold, etc.) and ensure smooth operations.
  • Support the Culinary Team – Work closely with senior chefs and teammates to deliver an outstanding dining experience.
  • Maintain Hygiene & Safety – Follow food safety regulations, uphold cleanliness, and ensure proper kitchen organization.
  • Manage Ingredients & Prep – Handle ingredient preparation, stock rotation, and efficient mise en place for service.
  • Learn & Grow – Hone your skills in an exciting kitchen that values creativity, precision, and teamwork.
What We’re Looking For:
  • Experience in a professional kitchen (1+ years preferred, but a great attitude matters most!)
  • Passion for Argentinian cuisine and high-quality meats is a plus
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • Eagerness to learn and take initiative
