Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is looking for a skilled professional to create and manage 3D Electrical Services models. The role requires a strong background in Electrical Engineering, BIM guidelines, and proficiency in AutoCAD and Revit. Successful candidates will have at least 5 years of experience in the construction industry and the ability to coordinate effectively with design teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in the Singapore construction industry.
• Familiar with Singapore BCA BIM guidelines and authority submissions.
• Good knowledge of local code requirements for Electrical systems.

Responsibilities

• Creation of 3D Electrical Services model content and ensuring model quality control.
• Comply modeling requirements for the project, ensure timely deliveries of outcomes.
• Manage model data to facilitate model coordination between multiple disciplines.
• Work closely with design engineers and BIM Lead in preparing the CAD drawings / BIM models.

• Good knowledge of AutoCAD, Revit & Naviswork Manage
• Experience in Electrical systems design and prepare drawings
• Understanding of Local code requirements for Electrical systems
• At least 5 years experiences in Singapore construction industry.
