Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is looking for a skilled BIM modeler. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating BIM content and documentation for projects, assisting in building models, and ensuring timely delivery with high quality. Applicants should have a Diploma or Degree in BIM/Architecture, alongside 2-3 years of experience in BIM Modelling. Proficiency in Revit and the ability to adapt to fast-paced environments are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years BIM Modelling experience in building construction.
• Proficient in BIM modelling on operational level.
• Experience in Archi/Interior Fit-Out Revit and creating families.

Responsibilities

• Create BIM content and extracting production documents.
• Assist in creating BIM models and basic BIM libraries.
• Produce BIM model deliverables for design and documentation.

Job description

• The BIM modeler’s overall responsibility is to create BIM content and extracting production documents for the purpose of delivering a BIM assisted project.
• They assist BIM Coordinators in creating BIM models for projects. Assist in building basic BIM libraries.
• Produce BIM model deliverables for design, documentation and fabrication purpose.
• Ensure that BIM models are delivered with professionalism (Quality, due diligence and timeliness)
• Identify issues for BIM co-ordinators where discrepancies occur during design production.
• Ensure BIM models are modelled with the correct BIM parameters and attributes for BIM assisted Quantification, 4 D simulation

Job Requirements:

• Certificate from BCA BIM modelling course or equivalent
• Diploma or Degree in BIM / Architecture or equivalent
• 2-3 years BIM Modelling experience in building construction and project execution
• Must be proficient in BIM modelling on operational level
• Demonstrate ability to follow instructions and execute and adapt to new and exciting process procedures and workflows
• Ability to work in a fast paced organisation
• Has experience inArchi / Interior Fit-Out Revitand creating families
