Key Responsibilities

• Develop, update, and manage accurate 3D BIM models using Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other BIM tools.
• Coordinate with architects, structural engineers, M&E consultants, and contractors to integrate multidisciplinary models.
• Perform clash detection and resolve design conflicts through model coordination and collaboration meetings.
• Prepare construction drawings, technical documentation, and BIM deliverables in compliance with project requirements and local standards.
• Maintain model integrity, data accuracy, and ensure adherence to the BIM Execution Plan (BEP).
• Support project teams with design revisions, quantity take-offs, and drawing extractions from the BIM model.
• Participate in regular coordination meetings and provide model updates based on feedback and site conditions.
• Ensure compliance with Singapore BIM standards (e.g., BCA BIM e-submission requirements).

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline.
• Minimum 2–4 years of experience in BIM modelling within the construction or engineering industry.
• Proficiency in Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, and other relevant BIM software.
• Good understanding of construction drawings, technical specifications, and local building codes.
• Familiarity with BIM coordination processes, clash detection, and model-based workflows.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working on large-scale infrastructure, commercial, or residential projects in Singapore.
• Certification in BIM (e.g., Autodesk Certified Professional, BCA BIM Management Certification).
• Knowledge of ISO 19650 standards and Singapore BIM Guide.
