Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Creation of BIM/CAD deliverables and ensure their accuracy.
• Integrate BIM/CAD apps into models including Scheduling and Asset Management.
• Assist site teams in coordinating BIM issues with design teams.
• Prepare Site Development Model and Layout from survey data.
• Prepare Documentation Scope of Work for various key plans.

Job description

RESPONSIBLITIES

• Creation of BIM/CAD deliverables and ensuring their consistency and accuracy for the 3D information.

• Integrate the BIM/CAD applications including Scheduling, Cost, Asset Management, and O&M programs into the BIM models.

• Assist on working with site project teams, their consultants and contractors to coordinate BIM issues with design teams to develop and reinforce standards with the goal of refining the models and BIM deliverables.

• Prepares Site Development Model and Layout from provided survey data to establish projects coordinate.

• Prepares Documentation Scope of Work for 5 Key Plans, such as Furniture layout plan, Door and Elevation plan, Partition Plan, Floor and wall Finishes Plan, Custom Built Plan and Ceiling Plan.

REQUIREMENTS

• Min Diploma / Degree in Interior Design with Architecture/Construction work experience.

• At least 1 year experience in corporate design / commercial and office projects.

• Creative conceptual design ability

• Competent in Revit BIM, BIM 360 Document Management, AutoCAD, Photoshop, Powerpoint, Excel and any other design

• Strong skills in interior detailing/ space planning / conceptual design.

• Good team player and proactive.

• Good client management skill.
