Job summary

A leading engineering firm in Singapore is seeking a skilled BIM Modeller. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating 3D models and managing model data. They should have experience in the Singapore construction industry, along with familiarity with local BIM guidelines and tools such as AutoCAD and Revit. A degree in Engineering and a BIM Modelling certificate are required for this position.

Qualifications

• Familiar with Singapore BCA BIM guidelines and authority submissions.
• Experience in M&E, PSG or Fire systems design and prepare drawings.
• Understanding of Local code requirements for Electrical Systems.

Responsibilities

• Creation of 3D model content and ensuring model quality control.
• Comply modelling requirements for the project, ensure timely deliveries of outcomes.
• Manage model data to facilitate model coordination between multiple disciplines.
• Comply with BIM execution plan requirements for the project.
• Work closely with design engineers and BIM Lead in preparing the CAD drawings/BIM models.

• Understanding of Local code requirements for Electrical Systems
• At least 2 years experiences in Singapore construction industry.
