Job description

Responsibilities

• Manages the BIM process within a design or construction organization.


• Establishes and upholds BIM standards, processes, and workflows.


• Facilitates coordination and collaboration among architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and timely BIM data delivery.


• Trains and educates project teams on BIM technology and workflows.


• Identifies, troubleshoots, and resolves BIM-related issues and conflicts.


• Develops and maintains BIM documentation and reports.


• Ensures compliance with BIM project requirements, standards, and regulations.


• Oversees the creation and maintenance of BIM execution plans for each project.
