About the Role

We are looking for a BIM Coordinator to support BIM coordination works for railway, electrical, and infrastructure projects in Singapore. The role involves coordinating BIM models across multiple disciplines, particularly rail systems, power supply, and E&M works, ensuring compliance with project and authority requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate BIM models for railway, electrical, power supply and E&M systems.
• Manage and maintain BIM models to ensure accuracy, consistency, and compliance with project standards.
• Perform clash detection and coordination using BIM software and follow up on issue resolution.
• Liaise with designers, consultants, subcontractors, and internal project teams on BIM matters.
• Support preparation and maintenance of BIM Execution Plan (BEP) and project BIM standards.
• Assist in BIM submissions to authorities such as LTA / BCA, when required.
• Extract drawings, layouts, schedules, and quantities from BIM models.
• Maintain proper BIM documentation, version control, and coordination records.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering, Building Services, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 3 –5 years of relevant BIM coordination experience (rail, electrical, E&M, or infrastructure projects preferred).
• Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, and AutoCAD.
• Familiar with BIM coordination workflow and clash detection processes.
• Experience or exposure to railway systems, power supply systems, or LTA projects is an advantage.
• Good coordination and communication skills.
• Able to work independently and in a project-based environment.
• Proficiency in English is required; proficiency in Chinese is an advantage (to liaise with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders).
