Job summary

A recruitment firm in Singapore is seeking an experienced professional for the role involving design and drafting of MEP layouts and preparation of shop drawings using Revit and CAD software. The ideal candidate will have a Diploma/NITEC in Engineering or Architecture and at least 3-5 years of relevant experience, particularly skilled in BIM functions within the M&E discipline. Responsibilities also include assisting Project Managers with site coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of working experience in BIM functions, ideally from M&E Trade.
• Proficient in detailing and coordination drawing.
• Experience in site visits and meetings as necessary.

Responsibilities

• Design and draft MEP layouts, section details, and plant room details.
• Assist Project Manager/Engineers with planning and coordination.
• Assist Project Manager/Engineers on coordination and planning.
