The role involves proactive communication of project gaps, support in drawing production, and technical delivery of CAD/BIM projects. Strong knowledge of VDC/CAD/BIM concepts and proficiency in Microsoft Office are essential. This position requires a keen attention to detail and the ability to work collaboratively with engineers and project leads.

Qualifications

Job description

• Reviews mark ups and redlines project drawings for Project Leads and/or Technology Specialists
• Oversees the process of project drawing creation through all phases, schematic design, design development, construction documents, all phases of submittals, as needed on each project
• Proactively identifies and communicates areas of deficiency/gaps along with proposed solutions on projects to support timely completion of work
• Reviews project files for compliance with standards
• Assists engineers in drawing production, as needed
• Produces accurate 2D drawings, 3D modeling initiatives and projects
• Coordinates , identify and resolve the crash detections during coordination discussions
• Technically delivers CAD/BIM projects in the role of CAD and BIM Coordination
• Understanding of the VDC/CAD/BIM industry, concepts, practices, and procedures
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
