Job summary

A recruitment agency in Singapore seeks a candidate for a temporary billing operations role. The ideal candidate will work closely with operations and billing teams to ensure accurate invoicing for all customer accounts while also supporting customer relations activities. The position requires a diploma in operations management or engineering, with 2-3 years of relevant experience in billing operations. Knowledge of the energy or renewable energy market is beneficial. The contract duration is 5 months, with working hours from 8:30 AM to 6 PM, Monday to Friday.

  • Prepare internal and external reports for operational metrics.
  • Support digital and operational improvement initiatives.

Working Hours: 8:30 - 6, Mon - Fri

Salary: Up to $3800

Job Responsibilities:
  • Work closely with the Operations and Billing teams to ensure accurate and timely billing for all customer accounts, including commercial, industrial, and government projects
  • Calculate and verify energy generation and Renewable Energy Certificates (RECs) to ensure precise invoicing for customers
  • Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies to ensure a smooth customer experience
  • Maintain and update customer data in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system
  • Support ongoing customer operations activities, including account updates, data verification, and process enhancements
  • Prepare regular internal reports for tracking operational metrics and external reports for customer updates
  • Support digital and operational improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and accuracy
Job Requirements:
  • Minimum Diploma or degree holder in Operations Management, Engineering or related field
  • At least 2-3 years of experience in billing operations or relevant industries
  • Basic understanding and experience in the energy or renewable energy market is a plus
