Job summary

A logistics company in Singapore is looking for a Sales Support/Coordinator to manage import/export documentation and communicate with suppliers and clients. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain Management, proficient in both English and Mandarin, and demonstrate good teamwork skills. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate import and export documents.
  • Communicate with suppliers, forwarders, and customers.
  • Plan shipments and handle purchase/sales orders.
  • Prepare shipping documents like BL, invoice, packing list, and permits.
