Job summary

A leading gaming support company in Singapore is looking for a Customer Support Specialist to provide technical issue resolution and customer support via various online platforms. The ideal candidate will be fluent in both Chinese and English, possess a customer-focused mindset, and ideally have an appreciation for games. This role requires handling concurrent interactions and working on a shift basis. Compensation is set at $12 per hour.

Qualifications

  • Fluency in verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
  • Willing to work rotating shifts including weekends and public holidays.
  • Appreciation of games is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Provide customer support via multiple online platforms.
  • Handle multiple concurrent chat and email interactions.
  • Identify and correct technical issues in customer devices.
