• Setting up various kitchen workstations
• Preparing and producing mise en place
• Running and expediting line service
• Upholding food quality and kitchen hygiene standards at all times
• Complying with all Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the various outlets
• Maintaining the cleanliness and serviceability of kitchen equipment and work environment
