This role will commence in January 2026.

The Role

This exciting opportunity is ideal for a fully qualified behavioural specialist or counsellor with experience working in school settings. You will play a key role in building and enhancing behavioural support structures across the School, implementing evidence‑based strategies that empower students to develop self‑regulation, resilience, and positive social interactions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide crisis intervention during behavioural or emotional escalations.
Program Development
  • Contribute to the development and delivery of proactive behavioural and social‑emotional learning (SEL) programmes for the school community.
  • Support the ongoing review and improvement of student support systems at The Perse School (Singapore).

Strong understanding of child development, behavioural frameworks, and evidence‑based intervention models. Comprehensive understanding of psychometric testing, with the ability to interpret and apply recommendations effectively to support students’ learning.
