Job description
The Role:
  • Conduct 1-1 or group therapy sessions in various settings, centre-based, school-based, and/or home-based sessions as allocated.
  • Implement individualized ABA treatment plans with supervision.
  • Utilize ABA behavioural therapy techniques to target and reinforce positive behaviour.
  • Collect and record data on client progress and behavior during sessions.
  • Perform school shadow as and when required.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and other professionals to support client goals.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions to review client progress and update treatment plans.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of sessions and progress reports.
  • Provide feedback and guidance to English and Mandarin speaking clients and their families to reinforce positive behavior changes.

Requirement:
  • Bachelor’s degree psychology or related field.
  • Prior experience working with children with autism and other developmental needs.
  • Possess a creative, fun-loving and energetic disposition to engage, play and interact with children.
  • Excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin to effectively liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients.
  • Patience, empathy, and a passion for helping others.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
