Job summary

A premier beauty training center based in Singapore is seeking a qualified Beauty Trainer to design and conduct comprehensive training programs while providing hands-on demonstrations of beauty treatments. Candidates must have at least 5 years of experience in the beauty industry, along with a diploma or professional certificate. The ideal candidate is outgoing, has strong communication skills, and is knowledgeable about various beauty techniques and products. This role requires occasional travel for training purposes.

Training and Development

• Design and conduct comprehensive training programs covering the latest beauty techniques, industry best practices, and product knowledge.
• Customize sessions to cater to different skill levels and learning styles.

Hands-On Demonstrations

Provide practical demonstrations of beauty treatments, ensuring all onboarding employees gain proficiency in both theoretical and practical aspects.

Product Knowledge

Stay updated with current beauty trends, products, and technologies. Educate clients and trainees on proper product usage and benefits.

Quality Assurance

• Ensure all training and beauty services adhere to health and safety regulations, maintaining high standards of hygiene and professionalism.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirement

• Diploma / Professional Certificate
• At least 5 year of relevant experience as a Beautician or Beauty Trainer
• Pleasant and outgoing personality
• Willing to travel to different locations for training purposes
• Familiar with Beauty devices / equipment such as RF, IPL and etc.
• Advantage if experienced in micropigmentation and eyebrow embroidery.

Working Hours: Monday-Friday 9am-6pm (1 month need at least commit 15 days of work)
