• Lead, train and motivate the sales consultants to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships through exceptional customer service.
• Analyze market trends, competition, and customer feedback to adapt and improve our offerings.
• Train new staff on ensuring they provide a seamless client experience.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotions and marketing campaigns.

Qualifications
