Key Responsibilities

• Greet and engage customers, providing personalised product recommendations and exceptional service
• Share product knowledge and brand stories in an engaging and relatable manner
• Understand customer needs and guide them through a seamless and enjoyable shopping journey
• Maintain store cleanliness, merchandising standards, and overall presentation
• Support daily store operations, including inventory restocking and basic POS transactions

Requirements

• Genuine passion for beauty, retail, and delivering outstanding customer experiences
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a flair for storytelling
• Willingness to work retail shifts, including weekends and public holidays
• Reliable, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team setting
• Prior experience in retail or customer service roles is an advantage
• Experience in beauty treatment is welcome
