• Perform facial and body treatments for customers professionally and within prescribed duration 为客户在规定的时间内进行面部和身体护理
• Provide skin analysis and offer recommendations for personalized treatments and appropriate products 为顾客提供皮肤分析和，定制个性化护理和合适的产品建议
• Maintain long-term relationships and ensure repeated business from existing customers 维持长期客户关系和确保顾客再访
• Handle customers’ requests/inquiries as and when necessary 处理客户的请求/查询
• Ensure treatment rooms and equipment are well-maintained 确保治疗室保持清洁干净, 设备齐全等

Job Specification

• Possess ITEC, CIBTAC, WSQ, BTEC, Nitec or related Beauty Certification(s) 持有ITEC, CIBTAC, BTEC, Nitec 或Beauty 相关 认证
• Customer-oriented with a positive attitude and initiative 以客户为导向，具备积极的态度和主动性
• Good interpersonal and communication skills 具备良好的人际交往和沟通能力
• Willing to work retail hours (11am - 8.30pm) 愿意在零售时间上班（上午11点至晚上8.30点）
