Job Summary:

The Beautician cum Consultant is responsible for providing professional facial, skin care, and beauty treatments, as well as offering product and service consultations to clients. This role combines hands-on treatment expertise with strong customer service and sales skills to deliver excellent client experiences and achieve business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Beauty Treatments & Services

• Perform facial treatments, skin analysis, and other treatment services according to company protocols.
• Conduct hair removal, eyebrow shaping, and other beauty-related procedures (as trained).
• Maintain a high standard of hygiene, cleanliness, and safety in all treatment areas.
• Ensure proper use and maintenance of all beauty equipment and tools.

2. Client Consultation & Sales

• Conduct professional skin consultations to identify client needs and recommend suitable treatments or products.
• Explain treatment procedures, benefits, and post-care instructions clearly.
  3. Operational & Administrative Support
  • Assist in managing appointment schedules and client records accurately.
  • Ensure treatment rooms are fully stocked and prepared for each session.
  • Support front-desk duties when needed, such as greeting clients and handling inquiries.
  4. Continuous Learning
  • Stay updated on new beauty trends, products, and technologies.
  • Attend regular training sessions to enhance technical and consultation skills.
  Requirements:
  • Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Beautician or Beauty Consultant (fresh graduates with relevant training may be considered).
  • Diploma or Certificate in Beauty Therapy, Aesthetics, or related field.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and customer service skills.
