Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the beach club including FOH and BOH.
• Ensure operations align with brand standards and business goals.
• Drive revenue growth and ensure profitability.
• Control food, beverage, and labour costs within approved budgets.
• Ensure compliance with food safety and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain high customer satisfaction and improve guest experience.
• Plan and manage staffing for smooth operations.
• Work with Marketing and Finance on proposals and campaigns.
• Lead projects such as new outlet openings and renovations.
• Manage contracts with suppliers and vendors.
• Implement strategies to reduce staff turnover.
• Analyse performance to identify issues and implement solutions.
• Develop marketing and sales strategies to increase revenue.
• Identify areas for improvement in operations and performance.
• Collaborate with Executive Chef on menu planning.
